Business Configurations in Foodics

Before enabling the integration, please make sure to create a menu group in your Foodics account with the name RingnBring and assign the required menu items to it to be used from Ring n Bring Resto side.

Note: the created group should be used by Ring n Bring Resto integration only.

Enabling the Integration

Note: To be able to use this integration, you must have an Ring n Bring Resto account. If you don't have an account, please contact Ring n Bring Resto team to register.

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Ring n Bring Resto under Digital Menu category ---> Click Install.

  3. You will be navigated to Ring n Bring Resto's merchant panel to log in, After logging in ---> Navigate to POS Integrations module from the portal ---> click on Foodics connect button.

  4. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Ring n Bring Resto to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Ring n Bring Resto To Access My Account to proceed.

  5. You will be redirected back to Ring n Bring Resto dashboard to select the required Branch, Menu Group, and enable Foodics Menu as Main Menu flag.

  6. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Menu Sync

After successfully enabling the integration, Any updates on menu items from Foodics should be synced manually by following the same process mentioned above.

How to Receive Ring n Bring Resto Orders in Foodics Cashier

Ring n Bring Resto orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

FAQs

Q1: Ring n Bring Resto is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Are there any pending orders from Ring n Bring Resto?

If Yes:

Make sure you have implemented all the needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

In the cashier app, click HOME --> Sync Data

Ask Ring n Bring Resto to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier

If No:

There is an issue at Ring n Bring's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Ring n Bring and inform them that there are no orders created from Ring n Bring in your Foodics account.
