Accepting Online Orders

Online orders are received in the cashier, they will be received in pending status

The Orders button will have a red counter on it indicating the number of new pending online orders

  1. Tap on Orders button on the bottom options bar
  2. Tap on Pending
  3. Tap on the order you want to view, the order products will appear on the left side
  4. Tap on MORE button at the top right corner to quick Accept/Decline the order. Or, click on the BACK button to view more order details like Customer and payment, then choose whether to Accept/Decline the order through the ACCEPT & DECLINE buttons

Note: For the cashier to be able to receive online orders, you have to ensure the following

A- The branch is configured to receive online orders

Login to the console then:

  1. Click on Manage on the left side
  2. Click on Branches
  3. Click on the branch that you want to receive online orders in
  4. Click on Edit Branch
  5. Scroll down and check ☑ the option Receive call center and api orders
  6. Click on Save

B- The cashier is configured to receive online orders

Login to the console then:

  1. Click on Manage on the left side
  2. Click on Devices
  3. Click on the device that you want to receive online orders in
  4. Click on Edit Device button
  5. Check ☑ the option Receives Online Orders.
  6. Click on Save
  7. Then sync data in cashier device

If either branch or cashier device is not configured as above, online orders will not be received in cashier
