Mobilzer is a web application that enables you to create your own mobile application and sell online without the need to hire a developer or a designer. Mobilizer provides custom themes, free templates, online payment, shipping, and order management.
This integration will allow you to receive orders created from Mobilzer directly to your Foodics cashier.

Business Configurations in Foodics
Before enabling the integration, you need to do some configuration in your Foodics account as explained below:

Create a Charge in your Foodics account in order to receive delivery orders with the following details:
- Name:
Mobilzer
- Type:
Amount
- Is Open Value:
Yes
- Apply this charge on all
Order Types
&Branches
then assign the relevant Tax Group to the charge if applicable. Copy and paste the charge name as"Mobilzer"
name must be exactly the same otherwise the integration will not work properly.

Enabling the Integration
Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forMobilzer
underOnline Ordering
category ---> ClickInstall
.You will be navigated to Mobilzer's merchant panel, enter your business credentials to login or create your own account.
Once you login, you will be directed to Mobilzer's dashboard, from the side menu click on the
Integrations
page ---> then Click onFoodics
integration to link your Foodics account.Foodics will ask you to Authorize Mobilzer to access your Foodics Account, click

to proceed.Integration has been enabled successfully.
Menu Sync
As soon as the integration has been enabled, the menu will auto-sync, and any menu updates made after the initial sync will be automatically synced by Mobilzer.
How to Receive Mobilzer Orders in Foodics Cashier
Mobilzer orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
FAQs
Q1: Mobilzer is sending orders
to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application
A: Please check the below points
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status
2- Are there any pending orders from Mobilzer?
If Yes:
Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
In the cashier app, click HOME
--> Sync Data
Ask Mobilzer to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier
If No:
There is an issue at Mobilzer's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Mobilzer and inform them that there are no orders created from Mobilzer in your Foodics account.
