Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have an n.go account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact n.go to register.
Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forn.go
underOnline Ordering
category ---> ClickInstall
.You will be navigated to n.go merchant panel to enter your n.go business credentials to sign in.
Go to the
Settings
page from the left navigation menu.Scroll down to
Foodics Settings
---> ClickEnable
then click on theSubmit
button.Authorization page appears, Foodics will ask you to Authorize n.go to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize n.go To Access My Account
to proceed.You will be redirected back to the n.go dashboard.
Follow the
Menu Sync
section to sync your Foodics account data to your n.go account.Integration has been enabled successfully.
Menu Sync
After successfully enabling the integration, Kindly follow the below steps in order to sync your Foodics account data to your n.go account.
- Map your Branches (fill the data with the correct location and branch opening hours) then click next.
- Map your Menu Categories then click next.
- Map your Addons (Modifier options) then click next.
- Map your Menu Products then click next.
However, any Menu Updates after the initial sync will be automatically synced to n.go account.
How to receive n.go orders in Foodics Cashier
n.go orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
FAQs
Q1: n.go is sending orders
to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application!
A: Please check the below points:
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status
2- Are there any pending orders from n.go?
If Yes:
Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
In the cashier app, click HOME
--> Sync Data
Ask n.go to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier
If No:
There is an issue at n.go's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with n.go and inform them that there are no orders created from n.go in your Foodics account.
