Introduction
FineDine Menu is a menu management system that allows restaurateurs to create e-menus, increase sales, decrease operational costs, facilitating a more accurate ordering process. FineDine has 3 solutions to ease your operations: Tablet Menu, QR Menu, and Delivery and Pick-up Menu.
FineDine also provides statistics on the dashboard where you can see and monitor your business performance and customer behavior to your services and quality.
It allows you to integrate with Foodics by displaying your menu items in a vivid way to entice your customers. You can then take customers' orders from your FineDine menu, which will get sent directly to your POS to streamline your ordering process!

Enabling The Integration
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login
2- Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for FineDine
under Digital Menu category --> Click Install
3- Log in to your FineDine account
4- In FineDine dashboard --> Click (...)
to show more options --> Integrations --> Find Foodics and click Connect
5- Foodics will ask for your permission
Click Authorize
to proceed
Click Cancel
if you want to cancel the process
6- After clicking Authorize
, FineDine will be connected to your Foodics account
7- Configure the integration in your FineDine account, you can ask for help from FineDine team if needed
How to Receive Orders from FineDine Integration in Foodics Cashier
Orders from FineDine Integration will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article
FAQ:
Q1: I'm creating orders in FineDine tablet but I'm not receiving them in Foodics cashier application
A: Please check the below points
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending
status
2- Is there any pending orders from FineDine?
If Yes:
- Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online order as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article
- In the cashier app, click

- You should receive the orders
If No:
- There is an issue at FineDine side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with FineDine and inform them that there are no orders created from FineDine in your Foodics account
