Introduction
Yalla specializes in providing digital solutions for restaurants, such as digital QR code menus, ordering and payment.
Yalla integration with Foodics is designed to transform the ordering experience for restaurant owners and staff by syncing menus from Foodics to Yalla application and receiving orders from the application directly into your Foodics Cashier.

Important Notes
- The integration does not support Combos.
Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have a Yalla account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Yalla support email to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forYalla
underDigital Menu
category ---> ClickInstall
. - You will be navigated to Yalla website, after logging in please go to
Settings
module ---> click onIntegrations
tab ---> clickConnect
under Foodics section. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize Yalla to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Yalla To Access My Account
to Proceed. - Select the business branch you want to use and click on
Save
. - Integration has been enabled successfully.
Menu Sync
As soon as the integration has been enabled, The user should sync the menu manually by clicking on the sync
button from the settings
module ---> Integration
tab ---> Foodics
section.
After any update on the menu items, the user should click on the sync
button to sync the new updates from the Foodics account.
How to Receive Yalla Orders in Foodics Cashier
Yalla orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
FAQs
Q1: Yalla is sending orders
to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application
A: Please check the below points
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status
2- Are there any pending orders from Yalla?
If Yes:
Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
In the cashier app, click HOME
--> Sync Data
Ask Yalla to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier
If No:
There is an issue on Yalla's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Yalla and inform them that there are no orders created from Yalla in your Foodics account.
How to send orders from Yalla to Foodics
- Open Yalla Application.
- Select the order type.
- Select the
Category
and then add products to the cart. - Click on the
Pay order
button from the Footer and click onconfirm order
. - The order will be created successfully.
