O'yah

O'yah is a mobile application that streamlines ordering and menus, enables customers to place orders, and notify them via the application when their order is ready/served.

Business Configurations in Foodics

Make sure that branches have correct Longtitude & Latitude values.

Enabling the Integration

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for O'yah under Digital Menu category ---> Click Install.

  3. You will be navigated to O'yah's merchant panel to log in, click on Sign in via Foodics button to start the authorization flow.

  4. Foodics will ask you to Authorize O'yah to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize O'yah To Access My Account to proceed.

  5. You will be redirected back to O'yah dashboard, click on Business from the left sidebar and then click on Edit to add a logo to your business information.

  6. Add the correct Arabic business and branch names.

  7. Go to Business Branches on the sidebar from the branches edit page to input the correct address of the branch.

  8. Integration has been enabled successfully.

Menu Sync

After successfully enabling the integration, any Menu updates after the initial sync will be automatically synced to O'yah.

How to Receive O'yah Orders in Foodics Cashier

O'yah orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

FAQs

Q1: O'yah is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Are there any pending orders from O'yah?

If Yes:

Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

In the cashier app, click HOME --> Sync Data

Ask O'yah to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier

If No:

There is an issue at O'yah's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with O'yah and inform them that there are no orders created from O'yah in your Foodics account.
