Bevatel is a cloud-integrated call center and communication system that offers businesses the ability to communicate with their customers online from anywhere.
Foodics integration with Bevatel will allow you to:
- Provide businesses with information about their contacts' from Foodics and their previous orders and requests.
- Business owners will be able to sync their customers' orders and details via Foodics to the call center system, which will be accessed by the call center agents.

Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have a Bevatel account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Bevatel to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at https://console.foodics.com/login using the owner's email. If you log in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
module ---> Search forBevatel
under theother
category ---> ClickInstall
. - You will be directed to Bevatel's portal, enter your credentials to log in.
- After logging in, click on the
Synchronize
button to begin the authorization process. - Application will ask you to Authorize Bevatel to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Bevatel To Access My Account
to proceed. - The integration has been enabled successfully.
