RateHex

RateHex allows your business to receive feedback from customers regarding their services, products, branches, and employees, and reward them with coupons they can redeem. With RateHex, you will be able to create feedback/complaint analyses of your services, products, branches, and employees.

RateHex integration with Foodics will allow you to:

  • Record your customers' feedback and complaints using customizable evaluation templates, through SMS & Emails.
  • Provide a comprehensive dashboard for monitoring your business performance and customer engagement.

Enabling The Integration

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for RateHex under Other category ---> Click Install.

  3. You will be navigated to RateHex registration page to create an account, register by clicking on Sign in with Foodics then go through the registeration steps which will sync your Foodics data.

  4. You will be redirected to Foodics authorization page, Foodics will ask you to authorize RateHex to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize RateHex To Access My Account to proceed.

  5. You will be redirected back to RateHex portal, to complete the registration steps and sync the required data from your Foodics account.

  6. Integration has been enabled successfully.

  7. Reach out to RateHex's support team to create your templates & configure your SMS gateway.
