Introduction

Eighty6 shop bridges the gap between restaurants and suppliers making purchasing and fulfillment easier and smoother.

Eighty6 Shop integration with Foodics will allow you to streamline your procurement process, save time, get multiple suppliers and chatting with them, keep track of your purchases, minimize your operating costs, browse catalogs, compare prices, and place and keep track of purchases. All in one place!

Notes About The Integration

  • The integration works on adding items that went below the set Par Level automatically to your cart at end of day or by clicking the sync button at any time of the day.
  • Make sure to download the Eighty6 Shop application from Google Play or App Store before enabling the integration.

Enabling The Integration

Note: You must have an eighty6 account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Eighy6 to register.

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email from your default browser, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Install the mobile application on your phone if you need the application install URLs ---> Search for Eighty6 Shop on Foodics Market place under the Inventory Suppliers Category then click install a new Page will open with Eighty6's Google Play & App Store application download links.

  3. Log in to your Foodics Account from your phone's default browser then Log in to your Eighty6 Shop account from the mobile application then navigate to the side menu ---> Click on View Profile, under the profile section you will find Foodics Login.

  4. You will be redirected to Foodics authorization page in your default browser, Foodics will ask you to Authorize Eighty6 Shop to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Eighty6 Shop To Access My Account to Proceed.

  5. After the successful authorization, you will be redirected back to Eighty6 Application ---> click Submit. Once the connection is made, you will get a success message Connected Successfully, Please open your application, then you need to relaunch the application.

  6. Integration has been enabled successfully.

Please contact Eighty6 to handle the inventory items mapping from your Foodics account to Eighty6.

How to Receive Eighty6 Shop Purchasing on Your Foodics Account

  1. Open Eighty6 Shop application, under Profile section ---> Click on Sync with Foodics. then the items in Foodics will sync your data with Eighty6 Shop application.

  2. The synced data will appear on the Eighty6 Shop cart page, the restaurant will place the order and wait for the supplier to deliver it.

  3. From the supplier side, The supplier should accept, dispatch, and deliver the order.

  4. The restaurant has to Acknowledge that the order has been delivered by submitting either an Accept All or Acknowledge button in the mobile application.

  5. Upon acknowledgment, Eighty6 Shop will create a purchasing transaction in your Foodics account with the a default supplier Eighty6 Shop Supplier, selected branch, items, quantities & cost.

  6. The Purchasing will be created with the status closed, and the items level will be increased in your Foodics console.

Note: You can identify the Eighty6 created purchasing transctions by filtering with Eighty6 Shop user/supplier.
