Business Configuration in Foodics

  1. Make sure that all your branches have correct longitude and latitude values.
  2. Create an order tag with the exact name 4U DMS to be assigned to orders that should be handled by 4U Logistic.

Enabling The Integration

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
  2. Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for 4U Logistic under Delivery Management category --> Click Install.
  3. Foodics will ask you to authorize 4U Logistic to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize 4U Logistic To Access My Account to Proceed.
  4. You will be directed back to the 4U Logistic confirmation page and an email will be sent to the owner with the account's login credentials for 4U Logistic dashboard.
  5. You have successfully enabled the integration.

How Orders are Sent to 4U Logistic

Delivery orders will be automatically sent to 4U Logistic if they meet the following conditions:

  1. Order type is Delivery with customer phone number and delivery address.
  2. Order status is Active from the cashier application.
  3. Have the 4U DMS Tag assigned to the order.
