Gift Cards report gives you insights about the usage of gift cards in your business.

How To Generate The Report

1. Click on "Reports" from the sidebar.
2. Click on "More".
3. Click on "Gift Cards".

How To Get The Most Out of The

• You can select the type of data showing on a report by using a filter. Select the needed criteria by clicking on the “Filter” button, then click “Apply”.
• You can export the report by clicking on the “Export” button.

For instance, to preview all gift cards that has balance: filter by has balance, and set it to "Yes".

How To Understand The Report

• Initial Balance: The initial balance of the Gift Card.
• Current Balance: The remaining balance of the Gift Card.
  
• Number: The Gift Card code.
• Created At: When the Gift Card was sold.
• Last Used At: When the Gift Card was used.
