Customers Overview

You can register customers by their names and phone number from your Foodics Console, or from the Cashier Application.

From the customer’s page in the console you can see all the insights about this customer including their total orders, last order time, favorite products, and much more.

How to Add Customers

In the Console Sidebar > Customers

  1. Click on Add Customer then enter their name, phone number, and email if applicable.
  2. Click on Save.

Once you've added the customer's basic info, you can open the customer's page and from the Edit Customer button you can add more information to their profile such as gender and date of birth.

Note: You can delete the customer from the same page.

How to Blacklist a Customer

If you're receiving fake orders or would like to stop a customer from sending orders from the API or Call Center, you can blacklist them.

In the Console Sidebar > Customers

  1. Click on the customer you want to blacklist
  2. Click on Edit Customer and then check the box ☑ that says Blacklist.
  3. Save.

Blacklisted customers will be highlighted in red when assigned to an order.

How to Add a Delivery Address to a Customer

In the Console Sidebar > Customers

  1. Click on the customer you want to add an address for.
  2. Click on Add Address beside Addresses then fill the required fields.
  3. Click on Save.

Note: You can add delivery zones from the Console > Manage > More > Delivery Zones.

How to Enable House Account for a Customer

In the Console Sidebar > Customers

  1. Click on the customer you want.
  2. Click on Enable House Account.

This will enable the customer to use the House Account payment method in the Cashier to buy using credit and pay at a later date.

Creating a House Account Transaction

In the Console Sidebar > Customers > Choose the customer you want.

  1. Click on Add Payment in the House Account Transactions section then enter the payment details
  2. Click on Save.

Note: Customers can pay off their credit at any branch in the Cashier Application, or you can register payments manually for them in the Console.
