you can configure discounts in Foodics in many ways according to your needs.

If the discount value is percent, you can set a maximum discount amount, this value limits the discount value according to business requirements.

How to Add a New Discount

From the Console > Manage > Discounts

1. Click on Create Discount then fill the fields.
2. Click on Save.

Make sure to assign the discount to the branches where this discount can be used. Click on Add Branches button in the Apply On Branches section then choose your branches.

Discount Qualification Levels

1. Orders: The discount will be usable only on an order level.
2. Products: The discount will be usable only on an a product level.
3. Orders and Products: The discount will be usable for both orders and products.

Note: Discount qualification levels can not be changed after the discount has been created.

How to Limit the Discount to Specific Customers

From the Console > Manage > Discounts

1. Select the Discount you want to limit.
2. Click on Add Customer Tags in the Limit To Customer Tags section and choose the customer segment that can benefit from this discount.
3. Click on Apply.

How to Limit the Discount to Specific Order Types

From the Console > Manage > Discounts

1. Select the discount.
2. Click on Edit Discount then choose the types in the Applies On Order Types section.
3. Click on Save.
