The coupon is a code you can create to share with your customers to get a discount when they order from your business.

Coupons should be linked to predefined order discounts to apply the discount.

You can create coupons and define how many times (orders) the coupon can be used.

How to Create Coupons

1. Click on Manage button on the sidebar.
2. Click on Coupons.
3. Click on Create Coupon.
4. Fill in the required fields:
   • Name: name of the coupon.
   • Code: The code that you will share with customers to apply the discount.
   • Discount: Select a discount with “Orders” qualification to be linked to the coupon. Because a coupon can not be used on a product level.
   • Maximum Uses: Enter a number to define the maximum number of times the coupon can be used.
   • Start Date.
   • End Date.
5. Click on Save.

How to Limit Coupon Usage To Specific Weekdays or Times

In the console > Manage > Coupons:

1. Click on the coupon you want to edit.
2. Click on Edit Coupon.
3. Select the days and times this coupon is usable.
4. Click on Save.

How to Deactivate Coupons

In the console > Manage > Coupons:

Click on Deactivate Coupon button.
