You can use Timed Events when you want to adjust your menu prices or availability for a limited period of time.

Timed events affect products original price and applied before all discounts.

How to Create a New Timed Event

1. Click on Manage button on the sidebar.
2. Click on Timed Events.
3. Click on Create Timed Event and then fill the fields.
4. Click on Save.

Timed Events Types

1. Set Fixed Price: This will change the price of any product assigned in this timed event to a fixed price.
2. Reduce price by fixed amount: This will reduce the price of any product assigned in this timed event by a fixed amount.
3. Reduce price by percentage amount: This will reduce the price of any product assigned in this timed event by a fixed percentage of the product's price.
4. Increase price by fixed amount: This will increase the price of any product assigned in this timed event by a fixed amount.
5. Increase price by percentage amount: This will increase the price of any product assigned in this timed event by a fixed percentage of the product's price.
6. Activate Items: Choose menu items to activate during the timed event's period, they should be already deactivated otherwise.
7. Deactivation: Choose menu items to deactivate during the timed event's period, they should be already active otherwise.

How to limit Timed Events to Specific Weekdays

1. Click on Manage button on the sidebar.
2. Click on Timed Events.
3. Select the timed event.
4. Click on Edit Time Event then select the days in Applies On Days field.
5. Click on Save.

How to deactivate a Timed Event

1. Click on Manage button on the sidebar.
2. Click on Timed Events.
3. Select the timed event you want to deactivate.
4. Click on Deactivate Timed Event button.
