Enabill

Enabill's single-tap device lets your guests complete their orders and payments more efficiently.   • The integration supports tax-inclusive pricing only.
  • The integration doesn't support Combos, Menu groups, Custom prices, Free or default modifier options.

Business Configurations In Foodics/Enabill

Before enabling the integration, you need to do some configurations in your Foodics account as explained below:

  • Create a payment method with the name "Enabill" so the businesses can use this payment method for all paid orders from Enabill.

Enabling The Integration

Note: To be able to use this integration, you must have an Enabill account, If you don't have an account please contact Enabill to register.

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email , If you logged in with non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Enabill under Digital Menu category ---> Click Install.

  3. You will be navigated to Enabill merchant panel to login with your credentials.

  4. In Enabill's dashboard ---> Navigate to POS Integrations tab from the sidebar ---> choose Foodics ---> click on the Connect with Foodics button.

  5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Enabill to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Enabill To Access My Account to Proceed.

  6. You will be redirected to Enabill dashboard again, Navigate to POS Integrations tab from the sidebar ---> Foodics ---> Manage Foodics Branches and map the respective branches.

  7. Navigate to Tables tab from the sidebar ---> choose Store Tables ---> create your tables at Enabill manually, then map them from Manage Foodics Tables button from POS Integrations tab.

  8. You have successfully enabled the integration.

Menu Sync

Navigate to POS Integrations tab from the sidebar ---> choose Foodics ---> click on Get All Foodics Data to fetch products, categories, and addons.

Any updates on menu items from Foodics should be synced manually in Enabill by clicking on Get All Foodics Data button.

Notes:

  • Any change in product price from Enabill dashboard will not override the configured item price in Foodics.
  • After the initial menu sync, any update on the menu items' prices from Foodics, should be updated manually from Enabill.

How to receive Enabill orders in Foodics Cashier

Enabill orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

FAQs

Q1: Enabill is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Are there any pending orders from Enabill?

If Yes:

Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

In the cashier app, click HOME --> Sync Data

Ask Enabill to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier

If No:

There is an issue at Enabill's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Enabill and inform them that there are no orders created from Enabill in your Foodics account.
