Florinz

Florinz is a modular cloud system that allows businesses to boost engagement with their customers through utilizing various marketing tools under a single QR code, covering the entire customer journey.

This integration will allow your business to receive orders from your Florinz-powered digital menu and online store directly to your Foodics Cashier Application, which expands the channels of your business and reduces the wasted manpower doing repetitive work.

Business Configurations in Foodics

Before enabling the integration, you need to do some configurations in your Foodics account as explained below:

  • Create a charge in your Foodics account in order to receive delivery orders with the following details:
    • Name: FLORINZ_DELIVERY_CHARGE
    • Type: Amount
    • Is Open Value: Yes
    • Apply this charge on all Order Types & Branches then assign the relevant Tax Group to the charge if applicable. Copy and paste the charge name as FLORINZ_DELIVERY_CHARGE" name must be exactly the same otherwise the integration will not work properly.
  • For Delivery orders, you need to make sure that your Delivery Zones are correctly configured on your Foodics Account. In order to create a delivery zone for Florinz using Foodics, it should be one of the following options:
    • Rectangular Polygon with at least 3 points
    • Circular Polygon with at least 3 points
    • Freehand Polygon with at least 3 points
    • line String with at least 3 points.

Enabling the Integration

Note: To be able to use this integration, you must have a Florinz account, If you don't have an account please contact Florinz to register.

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Florinz under Digital Menu category ---> Click Install.

  3. You will be navigated to Florinz merchant panel to login.

  4. In Florinz dashboard ---> Navigate to Settings module from the sidebar ---> Integrations --> Navigate to Foodics Menu App and click Connect.

  5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Florinz to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Florinz To Access My Account to Proceed.

  6. Go back to Florinz dashboard ---> Navigate to Settings module from the sidebar ---> Integrations ---> Click on Foodics Integration card ---> then connect Florinz branches with Foodics branches.

  7. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Menu Sync

Your menu will be automatically synced after enabling the integration. Any later updates on the menu will be pushed automatically from Foodics to Florinz.

How to Receive Florinz Orders in Foodics Cashier

Florinz Orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

FAQs

Q1: Florinz is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Are there any pending orders from Florinz?

If Yes:

Make sure you have implemented all the needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

In the cashier app, click HOME --> Sync Data

Ask Florinz to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier

If No:

There is an issue at Florinz side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Florinz and inform them that there are no orders created from Florinz in your Foodics account.
