Tiro is a food online ordering service that will help you by providing a seamless online ordering experience and simplifying restaurant operations.

This integration will allow your business to receive dine-in & pickup orders from Tiro directly on your Foodics Cashier Application.

Notes About The Integration

  • If the order remains more than 5 minutes without getting accepted, the order will be auto-canceled from Tiro's side.

Enabling the Integration

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration

  2. Navigate to the Marketplace page --> Search for Tiro under Food Aggregator category --> Click Install.

  3. You will be redirected to a form to enter your store email address & phone number.

  4. An email will be sent to you with a link to authorize your account ---> click on the link attached to the email.

  5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Tiro to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Tiro To Access My Account to proceed.

  6. You will receive a message upon successful authorization stating that your data is being reflected to Tiro, then Tiro will send you an email after fetching data.

  7. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Menu Sync

The menu will be auto-synced after enabling the integration, Any menu updates after the initial sync will be automatically synced to your Tiro account.

How to Receive Tiro Orders in Foodics Cashier

Tiro orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

FAQs

Q1: Tiro is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Are there any pending orders from Tiro?

If Yes:

Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

In the cashier app, click HOME --> Sync Data

Ask Tiro to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier

If No:

There is an issue at Tiro’s side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Tiro and inform them that there are no orders created from Tiro in your Foodics account.
