Mnasati

Mnasati is a specialized platform that builds e-stores for small and large businesses in a wide range of fields (restaurants, groceries, fashion, etc.), offering its services through both web and mobile technologies.

The integration of Mnasati and Foodics allows you to receive orders directly from your Mnasati-powered online store directly into your Foodics Cashier Application.

Business Configurations in Foodics

Before enabling the integration, you need to do some configuration in your Foodics account as explained below:

  • Create a charge in your Foodics account in order to receive delivery orders with the following details:
    • Name: Mnasati
    • Type: Amount
    • Is Open Value: Yes
    • Apply this charge on all Order Types & Branches then assign the relevant Tax Group to the charge if applicable. Copy and paste the charge name as "Mnasati" name must be exactly the same otherwise the integration will not work properly.

Notes About The Integration

  • The integration does not support combos.
  • Discounts will not be reflected in Foodics as Mnasati will reconcile the discount amount to the business on behalf of the customer.
  • All modifier options will have the unique rule meaning each option can be selected only once regardless of configurations inside Foodics.
  • The integration supports on-spot and ahead orders.

Enabling The Integration

Note: You must have a Mnasati account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Mnasati to register.

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Mnasati under Online Ordering category ---> Click Install.

  3. You will be navigated to Mnasati vendor portal to sign in, After logged in please navigate to App & Services ---> Choose Foodics ---> click Install.

  4. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Mnasati to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Mnasati To Access My Account to proceed.

  5. Integration has been enabled successfully.

Menu Sync

Once the integration has been enabled, you can synchronize your catalog and branch mapping by following these steps: 1. Go to App & Services ---> Choose Foodics 2. Click on Sync catalog, this button will fetch all menu data from your Foodics account. 3. The same page offers you the option of mapping Mnasati branches to Foodics branches. 4. Mark input status: Checked ---> Click Save.

Any menu updates done in Foodics after enabling the integration should be synced manually using the Sync Catalog button.

How to Receive Mnasati Orders in Foodics Cashier

Mnasati orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

FAQs

Q1: Mnasati is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Are there any pending orders from Mnasati?

If Yes:

Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

In the cashier app, click HOME --> Sync Data

Ask Mnasati to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier

If No:

There is an issue on Mnasati side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Mnasati and inform them that there are no orders created from Mnasati in your Foodics account.
