Oditar ERP integration with Foodics will allow syncing your Foodics Branches ,Categories, Products, Combos, Customers, Discounts ,Payment Methods, Invoices and Warehouses into Oditar ERP so you can manage your accounting work.

Enabling The Integration

In order to use Oditar integration, you must have an account with Oditar ERP If you don't have an account, contact Oditar ERP team on hello@oditar.com to create an account for you

Once your Oditar ERP account is ready, follow the below steps to enable the integration

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email,If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration
  2. Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for Oditar under ERP category --> Click Install
  3. Enter your Foodics business name and account number
  4. Click on Install Oditar
  5. Foodics will ask for your permission. Click Authorize Oditar to proceed OR Click Cancel if you want to cancel the process
  6. After clicking Authorize, you will be taken back to Oditar.

You should have successfully connected your Foodics account with your Oditar ERP account. You may Contact Oditar team to confirm

Using The Integration

In your Oditar ERP account, go to Foodics app, You will see :

  • BRANCHES SECTION
  • CATEGORIES SECTION
  • ITEMS SECTION
  • COMBOS SECTION
  • CUSTOMER SECTION
  • DISCOUNTS SECTION
  • PAYMENT METHODS SECTION
  • ORDER SECTION
  • FOODICS WAREHOUSE SECTION

Under each option you will find button Get, when pressing it, your Foodics data will be synced to your Oditar account
