Introduction
Bonat is a comprehensive customer loyalty platform that will help you drive sales and enhance your customer retention & conversion rates.
Bonat enables you to define your own loyalty program and setup rewards. In addition to analyze your customers engagement, retention and loyalty.

Configuring The Integration
Before installing Bonat you need to login to your Bonat account and create the branches you want to enable the loyalty for.
Enabling The Integration
Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration
Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for
Bonat
under Loyalty category --> ClickInstall
You will be directed to Bonat portal, enter your credentials in order to login. If you don’t have an account reach Bonat at https://www.bonat.io/contact_us to create your account.
Once logged in Foodics will ask you to authorize Bonat to access your Foodics account data, click
Authorize Bonat To Access My Account
.Contact Bonat to activate and map your Foodics branches to the ones you created in Bonat.
You have successfully enabled the integration.
Using The Integration
The Integration works in three ways:
- Awarding points to customers upon purchases.
- Deducting points from customers upon returns.
- Allowing customers to exchange points for coupons & redeem them.
Customer Points Earning
Points earning for customers is automated by the integration
Points earning happens when a customer makes an order at your brand.
You must add the customer to the order so that Bonat can identify the customer and increase his points.
When making an order in cashier, follow below steps to add customer to the order:
- Create a new order
- Click
ADD CUSTOMER
on the top of the order details section. - Select the customer if pre registered, or click the
+
icon to create new customer - Proceed with the order
- Once the order is closed and paid, the customer will receive points equivalent to the Net Total of the order based on the commission decided between the Merchant & Bonat.
Note: Customer must be registered with his phone number in the Bonat Application in order to start earning points.
Customer Points Deduction
Points deduction for customers is automated by the integration
Points deduction happens when a customer returns an order
To return an order, follow below steps in the cashier app:
- Click
ORDERS
. - Go to
ALL
, look for the order you want to return. - Tab the order.
- Click
MORE
-->Return Order
. - Select the products to be returned with their quantities.
- Click
Done
. - Points will automatically be deducted from the customer.
Customer Coupon Redemption
The customer visits one of your branches and informs the cashier that he has Bonat coupon and would like to redeem it.
The cashier user will do the following:
- Create a new order.
- Ask for customer information (name or mobile).
- Click
ADD CUSTOMER
on the top of the left view and add the customer to the order. - Click
MORE
on the top right -->Redeem Reward
. - If you have more than one loyalty integration, the cashier will ask you to select the integration. Select
Bonat
Loyalty. If you have only one loyalty integration, the cashier will directly ask you to enter the reward code - Enter the
Coupon Code
provided by the customer. - Click
Apply
.
If the coupon code is valid, the cashier app will show the reward details to the cashier user. If the reward is invalid, the cashier app will show an error message.
Assuming the reward is valid, the cashier user will confirm with the customer.
Click Redeem
to apply the reward. Now the reward is applied and the customer can enjoy his reward.
