Device Diagnostics

Diagnistics help you learn more details about the device that is running the Foodics Application and you can find out if there are any sync issues or connection issue, and more.

To view diagnostics:

  1. Tap on Home button at the bottom of the register page.
  2. Tap on Diagnostics.

You can send diagnostics to Foodics Support team to investigate any issue you might be having with the system.

To send diagnostics to Foodics:

  1. Tap on Home button at the bottom of the register page.
  2. Tap on Diagnostics.
  3. Tap on Send.
