How to connect a KDS Device

To add a new KDS: Make sure the device is connected to the same network as the Cashier and the KDS application is open.

  1. Tap on Home button at the bottom of the register page.
  2. Tap on Devices.
  3. Tap the " + " icon.
  4. Tap on KDS.
  5. Fill the following:
    • IP Address: Enter the KDS device's IP Address.
    • Status: Enable this option to activate sending to this KDS.
    • Enabled Order Types: Select the Order Types that will be sent to this device.
  6. Tap on the Save button.
  7. To check if the KDS is connected successfully tap on Ping.
  8. Tap on the Products button to activate the products.
