Wazen

Wazen is your ideal partner to run your multiple activities. Wazen enables you to follow, monitor and control your various projects and businesses whenever you like and wherever you are, giving you details of your companies and branches in one place.

By using this integration, you will be able to sync the following information from Foodics to Wazen:

  • Returns & sales orders.
  • Transactions related to inventory purchases
  • Suppliers

Enabling The Integration

Note: You must have an Wazen account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Wazen team to register. 1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  1. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Wazen under ERP category ---> Click Install.

  2. You will be navigated to Wazen ERP merchant panel to enter your Wazen ERP business credentials to sign in.

  3. Once logged in, click on integration services from the left sidebar, then click Foodics ---> click on activate.

  4. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Wazen ERP to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Wazen To Access My Account to proceed.

  5. When authorization is done you will be taken to a new page to map your Foodics data to your Wazen account as follow:

    • Supplier Main Account: This account will be the parent of the supplier's accounts.
    • Supplier Sub Account: This account will be linked to suppliers if suppliers in Wazen are not linked to chart accounts.
    • Payments Main Account: This account will be the parent to payment methods accounts.
    • Sales Main Account: This account will be the parent to payment methods accounts as sales accounts.

  6. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Syncing Data

When you are finished with the authorization process, you will find a green Syncing button for Foodics. Click it and then click Connect to link branch data, supplier data, and payment methods.
