Unipal

The integration of Unipal with Foodics will allow you to automatically & seamlessly verify your students, with Unipal student ID, students have real-time verification and a unified portal. as a result of this integration, you will be able to capture all of the student's data and gain a better understanding of the youth's consumer behavior.

Enabling the Integration

  1. log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to the Marketplace page --> Search for Unipal under Loyalty Category --> Click Install.

  3. You will be redirected to the Unipal's login portal, enter your business credentials to sign in. If you don't have an account click on sign up button.

  4. After logging in, go to your Unipal's dashboard ---> click on Settings button ---> Choose Foodics then click on Connect button.

  5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Unipal to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Unipal To Access My Account to Proceed.

  6. The Integration has been enabled successfully.

Using the Integration

You will be able to verify students directly from your Foodics cashier and allow your customers to use their student ID to redeem their rewards.

Customer Reward Redemption

The customer visits one of your branches and informs the cashier that he wants to use his Unipal reward. The cashier user will do the following:

  1. Create a new Order and ask for the student's information (Name or Phone number).
  2. Click Add Customer on the top of the left view and add the customer to the order.
  3. Click More on the top right --> Redeem Reward.
  4. If the Customer has more than one Loyalty integration, the cashier will ask to select the integration --> Select Unipal Loyalty.
  5. If you have only one loyalty integration, the cashier will directly ask you to enter the Reward Code ---> the student should show you his/her Unipal ID which will have his/her Unipal's reward.
  6. Add the Unipal ID in the Redeem Code section.
  7. Click Redeem and that's it!
