Kaso

Kaso is an online B2B platform that facilitates order processing and communication between restaurants and suppliers.

It is the easiest way for any Restaurant, café, cloud kitchen, catering business, or anyone who buys food items from suppliers, sell to restaurants, or anyone in the food-supply industry who wants to optimize their operations by ordering from suppliers and finding new ones.

Enabling The Integration

Note: To be able to use this integration, you must have a Kaso account. If you don't have an account, Contact Kaso team to create your new account.

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration

  2. Navigate to Marketplace page ---> Search for Kaso under Other category ---> Click Install

  3. You will be navigated to Kaso's panel to enter your Kaso's business credentials, please enter your credentials and click Sign-in.

  4. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Kaso to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Kaso To Access My Account to Proceed.

  5. After clicking Authorize, you will be taken to Kaso dashboard page.

  6. Foodics and Kaso mapping account page will appear, Kindly proceed with confirmation.

  7. The integration has been successfully enabled.

Data Sync

You should contact Kaso to map the below data from Kaso merchant panel to your existing data in Foodics:

  • Branches.
  • Suppliers.
  • Items provided by Kaso's list of Suppliers to Foodics Inventory items.

Note: The Data sync can be mapped either manually from Kaso dashboard or by contacting Kaso team to do the mapping process.

Using The Integration

  1. Open Kaso Application.
  2. Choose the Supplier.
  3. Choose the items that you would like to purchase.
  4. Proceed with the order.
  5. Mark the transaction as received from Kaso.
  6. Purchasing is created in Foodics with closed status and inventory levels are adjusted with the new quantity.
