Dida is an Advanced Dashboard that includes advanced analytics designed specifically to increase sales, control costs, and reduce customer churn. By utilizing Artificial Intelligence, DIDA learns your specific business trends and predicts future trends.

Enabling the Integration

Note: You must have a Dida account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Dida support email to register.

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Dida under Business Intelligence category ---> Click Install.

3. You will be navigated to Dida merchant panel to enter your Dida business credentials to sign in.

4. Click on Connect to Foodics button from Dida panel.

5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Dida to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Dida To Access My Account to proceed.

6. Integration has been enabled successfully.

Sync Data

Dida will sync your Foodics Data automatically every day at 6:00 AM.
