Apicbase

Foodics integration with Apicbase will allow you to:

  • Decide which menu item to sell more or sell less based on the sales analysis.
  • Sync all Foodics menu items to Apicbase and give insight about revenues and costs based on Foodics sales.
  • Give insights about cost and inventory recipe consumption based on Foodics sales.

Enabling the Integration

Note: You must have an Apicbase account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Apicbase team to register.

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email from your default browser, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to Marketplace page ---> Search for Apicbase under Business Intelligence category ---> Click on Install

  3. You will be directed to Apicbase login page ---> After logging in ---> Click on the Settings icon located in the top right corner ---> Choose Outlet Settings.

  4. Please choose the outlet that you want to link it to your Foodics branch ---> then click on Edit Outlet Settings.

  5. Navigate to integrations ---> Choose Foodics from the choose Epos Supplier.

  6. Press on the Link Account button next to the Epos supplier chosen.

  7. Foodics will ask you to authorize Apicbase to access your account data, click Authorize Apicbase to Access My Account, or click Cancel if you want to cancel the process.

  8. After Authorization, click on Fetch Branches, then select the branch you want to link to this outlet from the Selected branch option.

  9. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Sync Data

  1. Go to Apicbase portal ---> Navigate to Sales.
  2. Choose POS Connection, then press on Sync with POS.
  3. Foodics menu items will be synced and listed in Apicbase successfully.
