Shgardi

Shgardi is an effective solutions for Delivery and Order Management. Shgardi can easily adapt to any industry or field through Catalog and Logistics.

Using Shgardi’s integration will enable you receive orders created from Shgardi directly to your Foodics cashier.

You can reach shgardi at:

Enabling the integration

  1. log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration

  2. Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for Shgardi under Food Aggregator category–> Click Install

  3. You will be directed to Shgardi's merhcanel panel, enter your Shgardi account credentials to login. If you dont have an account visit https://shgardi.app to create your own account.

  4. Once you sign in to Shgardi's merchant portal, navigate to Third Party Intgeration tab from the left options menu and select Foodics

  5. Click on login button, Foodics will ask you to Authorize Shgardi to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Shgardi To Access My Account to Proceed.

  6. Integration has been enabled successfully and you will be redirected to Shgardi's portal.

Configuring The Integration

After a successful authorization navigate to Shgardi's portal > Third Party Intgeration > Foodics.

On this page you can start syncing your data from Foodics to Shgardi, please make sure to sync the data in sequintial order as mentioned below:

  2. Category
  3. Taxes
  4. Tags
  5. Reasons
  6. Discounts
  7. Modifiers
  8. Product Options
  9. Payment Methods 10.Products

Menu Sync

Menu Updates are to be synced manually, meaning if a change is done on your Foodics menu you need to naviagate to Shgardi's portal > Third Party Intgeration > Foodics > Sync Menu Updates.

How to Receive Shgardi Orders in Foodics Cashier

Shgardi orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article

FAQ:

Q1: Shgardi is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Is there any pending orders from Shgardi ?

If Yes:

Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online order as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

In the cashier app, click HOME--> Sync Data

Ask Shgardi to send new orders to test, orders should be received in the cashier

If No:

There is an issue at Shgardi side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Shgardi and inform them that there are no orders created from Shgardi in your Foodics account.
