Business configurations in Foodics

Before enabling the integration make sure that your branches have correct longitude and latitude values.

Enabling The Integration

To enable Tookan integration, you must have a Tookan account, if you don't have one, you may signup at jungleworks.com/tookan.

Once your account is ready, please follow the below steps:

  1. Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email. If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for Tookan under Delivery Management category --> Click Install.

  3. Sign in to your Tookan Account.

  4. Click on Extenssions from the left side options bar.

  5. Search for Foodics then click Activate, Foodics will ask you to Authorize Tookan to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Tookan To Access My Account to Proceed

  6. You will be directed back to Tookan's dashboard with a popup select your timezone and delivery buffer then click Done.

  7. You have successfully enabled the integration.

How Orders are Sent to Tookan

Delivery Orders are automatically sent to Tookan whenever they are created in Foodics system. For example, if you created a delivery order through Foodics call center or cashier, the order will be sent to Tookan automatically, and will appear in Tookan dashboard as a new task.

Then, order delivery cycle can be managed though Tookan dashboard and driver application.
